的 close-knit community of 沙宾大厅 is home to 33 Bears with cozy deluxe community-style 房间s that have their own bath房间s or community-style 房间s with a community bath房间. 沙宾大厅 was built in 1936, along with Snyder Hall, 和 offers historic charm 和 beautifully updated traditional-style living accommodations. Sabin reflects the Dutch-Colonial style, 和 along with many 的 residence halls in 的 Mesa Neighborhood, is part 的 University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
